Job description

The Technical Department is in charge of the airworthiness and maintenance management of the aircraft. This enhanced surveillance is established in accordance with the different airworthiness regulations such as EASA, FAA, and foreign CAA such as Aruba DCA, CAA KY, etc.
Global Jet’s Technical Department includes high-qualified personnel, experienced in aircraft management and holders of mechanical licenses, working to ensure an efficient survey and technical management of the aircraft.
The Technical Quality Supervisor is an assigned deputy of Airworthiness ensures day-to-day oversight of maintenance and airworthiness management activities within both the Part-CAMO and Part-145 organizations. The role supports the nominated Postholder and Accountable Manager by ensuring that tasks are performed correctly, safely, and in compliance with applicable requirements and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operational Oversight
Review and verify work orders, maintenance records, and airworthiness documentation.
Monitor task completion and ensure adherence to approved procedures and timelines for CAME and MOE.
Conduct spot checks and audits on maintenance activities and CAMO documentation.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure compliance with EASA Part M, Part CAMO, and Part 145 regulations.
Identify non-conformities and initiate corrective/preventive actions.
Maintain and update checklists and procedures.
Perform spot checks in the 145 and CAMO office to verify adherence to MOE, CAME, and Part-145/CAMO requirements.
Ensure tools, equipment, and facilities are used/calibrated as required.
Verify AD Bi weekly check of the Fleet and ensure compliance
Reporting & Communication
Report non-conformities, deviations, or findings directly to the Compliance Monitoring Manager (CAMO and 145), with copy to the Postholder/Accountable Manager.
Suggest corrective/preventive actions and follow-up their implementation.
Provide daily/weekly summaries of quality control activities and issues.Liaise with Certifying Staff and CAMO staff to resolve discrepancies.
Training & Support
Support continuous improvement by identifying training needs.
Assist in onboarding new staff with quality and compliance procedures.
Continuous Improvement
Collect feedback from certifying staff and CAMO engineers on procedural weaknesses.
Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
Participate in safety and compliance meetings.
Job requirements
Proven experience in aircraft maintenance or CAMO operations.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in business jet maintenance or CAMO environment
Strong knowledge of EASA regulations (Part M, Part CAMO, Part 145).
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
