Global Jet Luxembourg is currently looking for a Purchasing Assistant to provide an efficient administrative support to the company.


  • Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers about orders, deliveries and invoices

  • Follow up of the contracts: deadlines, renewal and the end of contracts

  • Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts

  • Maintain and create department spreadsheets & reports that includes savings, budget repartition as well as the forecasting

  • Data implementation in the purchasing software

  • Ensure the follow-up of the invoices validation

  • General administrative support to the Purchasing Department

Job requirements

  • Starting date : May 4th, 2026

  • Fluent in English, French appreciated

  • Previous experience in a Purchasing Department

  • Strong verbal & written communication abilities

  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, macros, pivot table creation, and data analysis

  • Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
