Job description
For more than 20 years, Global Jet Luxembourg, leading European company in aircraft management, is focused on providing a high quality of service to an exceptional clientele.
Global Jet Luxembourg is currently looking for a Purchasing Assistant to provide an efficient administrative support to the company.
Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers about orders, deliveries and invoices
Follow up of the contracts: deadlines, renewal and the end of contracts
Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
Maintain and create department spreadsheets & reports that includes savings, budget repartition as well as the forecasting
Data implementation in the purchasing software
Ensure the follow-up of the invoices validation
General administrative support to the Purchasing Department
Job requirements
Starting date : May 4th, 2026
Fluent in English, French appreciated
Previous experience in a Purchasing Department
Strong verbal & written communication abilities
Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, macros, pivot table creation, and data analysis
Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
