Job description

As a Junior Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office.

  • Travel Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently and in line with company standards

  • Calendar Coordination: Manage dynamic calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, organize appointments, and ensure proper follow-up and time management

  • Administrative Duties: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the team, including preparing documents, handling correspondence, managing office supplies, and maintaining filing systems

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all activities are performed in full compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and accuracy

Job requirements

  • Language: Fluency in both French and English is essential, other languages are an asset

  • IT Proficiency: Strong proficiency in IT and digital tools is required

  • Flexibility: Ability to work late or on weekends as needed

  • Excellence: Demonstrate excellence in presentation, dynamism, and organizational skills

  • Local: Knowledge of Monaco and residency in the region are preferred

  • Profile: Junior profiles are accepted

  • Experience: experience in tourism or the hotel industry is appreciated
