Job description

For more than 20 years, Global Jet, leading European company in aircraft management, is focused on providing a high quality of service to an exceptional clientele.

As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office.

  • Travel Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently and in line with company standards

  • Calendar Coordination: Manage dynamic calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, organize appointments, and ensure proper follow-up and time management

  • Administrative Duties: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the team, including preparing documents, handling correspondence, managing office supplies, and maintaining filing systems

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all activities are performed in full compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and accuracy

Job requirements

  • Language: Fluency in both French and English is essential, other languages are an asset

  • IT Proficiency: Strong proficiency in IT and digital tools is required

  • Flexibility: Ability to work late or on weekends as needed

  • Excellence: Demonstrate excellence in presentation, dynamism, and organizational skills

  • Local: Knowledge of Monaco and residency in the region are preferred
