Job description

As an HR Assistant, you will support the Human Resources team in various administrative and operational tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient execution of HR processes.
Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
Maintain digital and electronic records of employees
Assist with the recruitment process by publishing job vacancies, identifying candidates and performing reference checks
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
Respond to employee queries and provide information on HR policies and procedures
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
Job requirements
Previous experience in an administrative or HR-related role is a plus
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Excellent communication skills in English and French (any additional language is an asset)
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
