As an HR Assistant, you will support the Human Resources team in various administrative and operational tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient execution of HR processes.

  • Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests

  • Maintain digital and electronic records of employees

  • Assist with the recruitment process by publishing job vacancies, identifying candidates and performing reference checks

  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies

  • Respond to employee queries and provide information on HR policies and procedures

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices

Job requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR-related role is a plus

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)

  • Excellent communication skills in English and French (any additional language is an asset)

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
