As an HR Assistant, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department across a range of functions.

  • Perform a wide range of administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, scheduling, and managing correspondence.

  • Draft, format, and proofread HR-related documents in both French and English (contracts, internal policies, job descriptions, etc.).

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

  • Manage incoming communications: answer phone calls, respond to emails, and redirect inquiries as needed

  • Maintain and update internal databases and records with accuracy

  • Ensure the confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information

Job requirements

  • Excellent command of English and French

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
