Job description

To meet the needs of our constantly growing company, we are looking for an Maintenance Customer Support in order to join our Technical department.


AOG and Unscheduled Maintenance

  • Provide real-time technical support during AOG and unscheduled maintenance events

  • Communicate with clients, providing updates and obtaining cost approvals

  • Collaborate with OEMs and MROs to find timely solutions

  • Oversee troubleshooting, part orders, and shipping with technicians


Scheduled Maintenance

  • Lead project planning with clients, including upgrades and modifications

  • Negotiate quotes and compare maintenance proposals

  • Supervise maintenance progress and track costs

  • Provide regular client updates and ensure budget oversight

  • Conduct pre- and post-maintenance inspections

  • Oversee flight tests to ensure aircraft functionality


Cost Control

  • Control and negotiate additional work during maintenance

  • Review and validate invoices to justify costs

  • Ensure financial transparency by working with the assigned controller


Job requirements

  • Proven experience in aircraft maintenance or hotline support

  • Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance

  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, crew, OEMs, and MROs

  • Detail-oriented with expertise in cost control and budgeting

  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple projects, especially during AOG

  • Flexible to work outside regular hours for urgent maintenance
