Flight Dispatcher

As a key member of our team, you will ensure that every flight is executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with international regulations, partnering with our Customer Flight Support team to deliver outstanding service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all flight dispatch activities for Global Jet’s worldwide operations

• Conduct detailed flight planning, performance assessments, and route feasibility studies, including ETOPS and ultra-long-range operations

• Provide real-time operational support, including weather analysis, NOTAM evaluation, and contingency planning

• Liaise directly with crew, maintenance, and management to ensure optimal decision-making and service delivery

• Manage ATC slot coordination, flight watch, and operational disruptions with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of dispatch procedures and operational workflows

• Uphold the company’s commitment to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a flight dispatch or operational control environment

• In-depth knowledge of worldwide flight operations, ETOPS, and regulatory compliance

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills under pressure

• Proficiency with dispatch and flight planning systems (e.g., Jeppesen)

• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends

• You are a EU national, or hold a valid European residence permit
