Job description
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our Cost Control team in ensuring accurate financial reporting, cost tracking, and data management.
The successful candidate will assist in managing financial records, processing invoices, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable, track payments, and follow up on overdue invoices.
- Maintain accurate updates to client accounts.
- Build and maintain customer relationships regarding invoicing of services provided.
- Review, analyze, and clarify invoices to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with operational teams to evaluate costs and prepare competitive quotations.
- Oversee customer communication and engagement.
- Handle administrative management of cost control activities, including documentation and reporting.
Job requirements
- Degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Problem solving and customer oriented attitude
- Proficiency with Excel
- A Certificate of good conduct will be required in case of positive selection
