Job description

The Compliance Monitoring Department plays a vital role in ensuring ongoing adherence to applicable regulations and internal procedures. This is achieved through various methods such as audits, inspections, and the review of manuals and procedures. The department also oversees compliance for contracted activities, including maintenance organizations, training providers, and ground handling services.

The Compliance Monitoring Auditor works closely with all Nominated Persons and managers within their operational areas, providing support and guidance on regulatory matters.

As a Compliance Monitoring Auditor, your main duties will include:

  • Conducting internal audits and inspections in operations, airworthiness, and maintenance to assess compliance with regulatory and organizational standards

  • Auditing subcontractors and suppliers to verify compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements

  • Identifying, analyzing, and monitoring non-conformities

  • Reviewing company manuals and procedures

  • Reporting directly to the Compliance Monitoring Manager

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in compliance management within an aircraft operator or CAMO environment

  • Practical experience in applying aviation safety standards

  • In-depth knowledge of EASA AIR OPS, EASA Part M/CAMO regulations, and Safety Management System (SMS) principles and requirements
