Charter Sales Executive - Dubaï / Abu Dhabi

Global Jet is seeking a driven and results-oriented Charter sales to join our team in Dubai. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in one of the world’s leading business aviation companies, building strong client partnerships and driving sales in a dynamic market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and acquire new charter clients, mainly in the UAE and the Middle East

• Build strong client relationships with the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion

• Manage the entire flight

• Provide seamless end-to-end service, from inquiry to take-off (request, find the aircraft, invoice, flight following)

• Knowledge of Avinode and strong relationships with the local operators

• Collaborate with our operational and charter teams in Europe

• Based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi

• Previous experience in private aviation charter brokerage in the UAE

• Proven track record in business development, sales oriented

• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with high-level clients

• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, client-driven environment

• Fluency in English (Arabic would be a plus)
